If you have ordered a custom piece (for example letter jewellery with 2 letters or more, or engraved jewellery), these will have an additional 2-4 business days for crafting and sent out the next day.
We can only update or cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or packaged. As soon as you can, please email us with your order number and details of the changes you’d like to make to your order.
There may be duties or taxes incurred by your order that you are responsible for. We does not include these fees in our final prices. Duties and taxes are determined by final destination. Please contact your local custom office for details on how duties and taxes are calculated and paid.
For orders that are shipped within Australia, we ship to PO Boxes.
For orders that are shipped internationally with DHL to countries such as New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada etc, we are unable to ship to both PO boxes or Military addresses. Please ensure that you have a suitable address available.

All jewellery is designed in our studio, based in Melbourne, Australia. We have a range of jewelry made from Gold Vermeil, Solid Gold and Gold Plated.
Most of our jewellery is made from premium 18k Gold Vermeil, 925 Solid Sterling Silver, and 18k Rose Gold Vermeil.
Our sterling silver jewellery is also electroplated with Rhodium for longevity.
You can certainly exchange your jewellery for another style you like from our store. However personalised items are excluded from this was made and crafted just for you, and is unique to each customer. Please contact us for an exchange and we can organise this for you.
